Memory lapses and losing the ability to focus can occur  at any age, but there is a solution! By increasing your mental fitness these moments can be seldom.
Dedicating small moments of your day to mental fitness can help you reap  the benefits of a sharper mind and a healthier body for years to come. This interactive discussion will focus on the benefits of keeping the mind  sharp and show you just how easy it can be to incorporate mental fitness into your life! The format of this discussion will be 50% lecture and 50%  mental fitness activities.
4:00 p.m – 5:00 p.m.
Nutrition Talk
Rosen Centre, Salon 20, 2nd Floor
Do you really know what you’re putting in your body? Stop and think. Do you know how many grams of sugar are in that soda? What about the cereal you had for breakfast this morning? Many of us disregard the labels on the  back of our processed foods, but it’s the most important part of the  package! In this day in age we are consistently on-the-go and packaged or processed foods often become our only option.
What we put in our bodies directly effects every facet of our life, both  at home and at work. This interactive discussion will focus on the  importance of why eating a balanced diet is vital for overall health and wellbeing.
