When is the Exhibit Hall open?

Monday, August 15 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Do APCO members receive a discount on exhibit fees?

Yes, if your organization joins as a Commercial Group Member. Commercial Group Members receive a 7% discount on ALL Exhibit Booth Spaces regardless of size if reserved and paid for in its entirety by December 31 for the year preceding the annual conference. Spaces reserved but not paid for by December 31 would only be eligible for a 3% discount.

Commercial Group Members get a 3% discount on ALL exhibit booth spaces regardless of size if reserved and paid for after December 31 each year and up to conference start.

I am an exhibitor.  How many badges do I receive?

As an exhibitor you will receive two (2) exhibitor registrations per 10 x 10 booth space with unlimited booth staff.

How and when do exhibitors register for badges?

Exhibitors can register booth staff by logging into the APCO 2016 Exhibitor Portal starting on April 2, 2016.

What can my family do while they are in Orlando?

There are many things to do while in Orlando. Visit visitorlando.com to plan your trip. APCO also will be listing activities on this website.

How can I obtain a press list?

How do I become an APCO 2016 Sponsor?

Sponsorship opportunities are available to all confirmed APCO 2016 exhibitors. The 2016 sponsorship brochure will be available in December 2015. Sponsorship packages and other items can be purchased through the APCO 2016 Exhibitor Portal.

Do I receive priority points for being an APCO sponsor?

Yes, you will receive 1 priority point for every $2,500 spent on APCO event sponsorships.

How can I advertise in the APCO 2016 Program Guide?

APCO 2016 exhibitors can purchase advertising through the APCO 2016 Exhibitor Portal at a discounted rate. Advertising information can be found at http://www.apco2016.org/sponsors/program-guide-advertising.

How can I advertise in the onsite APCO 2016 Show Daily?

How can I upload a press release? 

Beginning in June 2016, registered exhibitors may upload press releases related to the conference. There will be a menu item in the exhibitor section that will link you to the online form.

May I purchase additional tickets for social networking events on site?

Additional tickets may be purchased onsite at the registration counter during APCO 2016 registration hours.

When does attendee registration close?

Earlybird registration ends July 18, 2016. After that, registration is available online or onsite.

If I purchased the pre-show attendee list, when can I expect to receive it?

The list will be sent on July 22.  All exhibitors that purchase the list after July 20 will receive it the following Friday.

If I purchased the list and received it on July 22, when will I get an updated list?

You must purchase an updated list. APCO provides one list per purchase.

If I purchased the post-show attendee list, when can I expect to receive it?

The post-show attendee list will be sent within two weeks after APCO 2016 ends.

Can I use the APCO 2016 logo?

Yes, the APCO 2016 logo will be available in the Exhibitor Resource Center along with guidelines for appropriate use.

If I upload my logo, is it automatically included with my profile?

The logo is only included in your profile if you purchase the Social Networking Package. The Social Networking Package can be purchased through the APCO 2016 Exhibitor Portal.

What is included in the Social Networking Package?

Your logo, company description, link to Twitter and Facebook are included. Your company logo will also appear in the Conference App. It will not be included in the program guide.

APCO International does not support the Expo-Guide or Fair Guide—it is not affiliated with APCO International and is not one of APCO’s approved service providers.  If you have complaints about these companies and want to register your complaint, click here. This website was set up originally to deal with the European City Guides, but it now addresses the Fair Guide and Expo-Guide, as well as several other similar matters.

Hotel Advisory
APCO International’s official housing company is Orchid Event Solutions. Should you receive calls or emails from other housing companies, please know that they are not associated with APCO International and reservations made through those vendors cannot be guaranteed. Some other companies who are known to aggressively approach exhibitors are entirely fraudulent, misleading exhibitors with false information and rates, and taking deposits for rooms that do not exist. If you are contacted by another housing or travel company you suspect may be fraudulent, please notify us.

As APCO 2016 planning begins, you may receive solicitations from publications and vendors that are not affiliated with APCO International. Please be advised that APCO does not sell exhibitor lists or contact information to anyone. This information is securely provided to APCO Official Contractors to inform exhibitors of show related services. Solicitations from unofficial vendors are often the result of obtaining public information from the Internet. APCO partners with select vendors to produce our premiere conference and expo and can intervene on your behalf if any customer service issues arise.
